Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders that are refused, returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or unclaimed may be subject to a restocking fee.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed and dispatched.
